Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.

Refunds and replacements:

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photo evidence. Approved claims will receive either a refund to the original payment method or a replacement at no extra cost.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.
